What is a business-branded email address?
A business-branded email address is an email address that uses your own custom domain name and not the free email services like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or Outlook. We try to match your business name so that when you send an email, you are also advertising your own business. For example, if your name is Diane and your business name is “Corner Flowershop”, our recommended business-branded email address would be diane@cornerflowershop.com.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is the word right after the “@” in an email address. For example, in the email address “support@creatingskies.com”, the domain name there is “creatingskies.com”

Here’s a brief rundown in choosing your domain name — stick with .com, keep it short, and make sure it is easy to type, pronounce and spell. Avoid hyphens, numbers, and double-letters. More importantly, act quickly before someone else takes it!
Is the domain name part of the package?

I’m already used to Gmail. Is it true that I can keep using Gmail using my own business-branded email address?
Yes, you can keep on using Gmail while using your own business-branded email address. Same thing with Yahoo, Outlook, or Hotmail.
What is an email alias?
An email alias is an alternative email address where people can send emails but it has no “reply” feature. Consider this as your email forwarding service. Everything senT to an email alias is forwarded to your primary email address. CreatingSkies offers one free email alias for every primary email address.
What if I want more than 12 email addresses?
Please contact us if you want more than 12 email addresses so we can present to you our enterprise solutions.
What is the size of my inbox?
The inbox size will depend on your own Gmail or Yahoo or Outlook inbox size.
Are email addresses case-sensitive?
Nope, emails are not case-sensitive. You may use small letters or capital letters or a combination of both, it won’t matter. For example, “support@CreatingSkies.com” or “Support@creatingskies.com” or “SUPPORT@CREATINGSKIES.COM” will all go to the same inbox.
What if I already have my own domain name?
If you already have your own domain name, we will take care of pointing the DNS of your domain name to our servers for email hosting. The email package prices will remain the same but there will free additional three (3) email accounts.
