PoeChizThe People’s Organization for Empowerment (POE) is a national movement of volunteers who believe that each Filipino should be able to live a dignity with equal access to opportunities in order to be able to take part in the development and growth of the nation.
POE is also known as Team HELPS (Health, Education, Livelihood, Pension and Shelter) because it believes that government should prioritize above all else the essential needs of basic sectors.
